Thong Sala is the island’s port town and main arrival point by boat; Ko Pha-ngan Pier is 2.3 km from the bungalow. Koh Phangan has no airport, so travellers arriving by air use Koh Samui Airport and transfer to a departure pier, about 10–15 minutes away. Ferries from Koh Samui reach Thong Sala in about 20–30 minutes. Shared songthaew pick-ups from Thong Sala serve Ban Tai, and the property is 2.1 km from the town centre. Free private parking is available on site, and you need to tell the property your arrival time in advance.
